落ち着いた水平感を際立たせるため、全体の高さを抑えつつ、前方に突出するガレージとエントランスポーチを1つのボリュームとしてまとめ、横長のデザインとなるよう全体をまとめました。
外壁は手前の１階建部分は窯業系サイディングにリシン吹き付け、奥の２階部分はガルバリウムのメタルサイディング。メンテナンス性に考慮しつつ素材感にも気を配っています。
